About the role:
* Act as a strategic partner for high-value clients, ensuring long-term success and business growth
* Lead key client interactions and communicate between internal teams and external clients to provide tailored solutions
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to deliver short, medium, and long-term value for clients
* Use data-driven insights to recommend optimizations and help clients maximize the value from the company’s solutions
* Collaborate with internal teams to align company offerings with client needs, and help drive impactful results
About you:
* Strong commercial acumen with experience calculating ROI for high-value clients
* Leadership experience, including managing teams and influencing internal stakeholders
* Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills
* Proven ability to drive customer-centric initiatives and work on multiple high-pressure projects
* Strong understanding of technology, with a proactive attitude towards learning and development
* Experienced in presenting and influencing senior-level stakeholders, with excellent communication skills
Package:
* Salary up to £60,000
* Hybrid working model: 2-3 days a week in office
