Our Health & Life Sciences Solutions organization is an interdisciplinary team of product managers, designers, engineers, and clinicians who are designing, developing and deploying next-generation healthcare solutions powered by the Microsoft Cloud for healthcare organizations around the world.
As a Program Manager, you will be an integral member of a team within HLS Solutions that is working to empower clinicians to achieve more with groundbreaking healthcare-oriented copilots. The ideal candidate will be excited about waking up every morning to apply their skills in healthcare documentation and AI knowledge to developing and deploying new technologies and experiences centered around driving positive healthcare outcomes.

You'll serve as a clinical expert for the Clinical Integrity product development team--ensuring clinical excellence in every aspect of product design and delivery and leading projects critical to the product’s success. You’ll also work closely with customers—analyzing, categorizing, and communicating their product feedback to internal
teams to drive quick action that will transform our product into the most beloved digital companion in healthcare.
Qualifications
Minimum/Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare clinical role such as nursing, PA or equivalent.
2. Multi-year experience as a medical professional who has a role in writing patient medical documentation in ambulatory and inpatient settings. This includes nursing professionals, PA, and others with higher levels of medical care education.
3. Current knowledge of health documentation standards.
Preferred/Additional Qualifications
4. Comfortable working with distributed teams.
5. Experience in sourcing, evaluating, and applying medical guidelines to medical AI development.
6. Aligned to building a collaborative product culture where product, engineering, customer success, and design support, listen to, and respectfully challenge each other to get to the best product.
Language Qualifications:
7. English Language: fluent in reading, writing and speaking.
Other Requirements
8. Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.

Background Check:
This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Responsibilities
As a medical expert and clinical project manager you will develop guidelines, requirements and benchmarks to our AI research and application product management teams.
Responsibilities include:
• Writing to the highest degree of accuracy a medical document based on an ambient recording.
• Gather, analyze, and categorize customer feedback—highlighting key themes, quantifying frequency and
impact, capturing relevant details to make actionable.
• Refine as requirements, propose priorities and influence backlog for next AI model design. Collaborate and
serve as a thought partner across teams (e.g. engineering, product, research, design) to achieve product goals
and solve myriad complex problems in a creative and thoughtful way
• Assist with defining product and program strategy from customer interactions
• Strengthens the rapport with customers by providing relevant product advice
