Role Overview
As a Field Service Technician at Virgin Media O2, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of technical expertise in installations, fault fixing, and customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
* Install and maintain our cutting-edge broadband and mobile services to meet customer needs
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to customers
* Provide outstanding customer service, addressing queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Collaborate with the technical team to share knowledge and best practices
Requirements
* A UK Manual driving licence
* Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to find suitable solutions for customers
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
