Production Team Member Job Description
Responsibility and Duties
1. Understand and accurately follow standard operating procedures
2. Completion of build operations to the required quality standard
3. Completion of build cycles within the proscribed TAKT time
4. Maintain productivity, safety and quality standards during build operations
5. Work to achieve a good standard of competency and attain full knowledge of production processes
6. Complete daily TPM and 5S activities as required
7. Adhere to the Health and Safety at Work Act and Environmental policies
8. Present a clean and tidy appearance in the workplace, wear and maintain the kit provided
9. Be punctual for the start of shift and strictly adhere to the proscribed break times
10. Notify Management immediately of any component or equipment defect
11. Participate in rotation through multiple workstations and areas being flexible in response to operational requirements
12. Report snags and positively contribute towards operational improvements using the correct processes
Skills and Experience
13. GCSE Grade C and above in Maths and English combined with basic PC skills
14. Must be driven, enthusiastic and capable of working in a team environment
15. Must be physically capable of performing manual activities working on shift
16. Experience in a manual production techniques and repetitive cycle processes an advantage
17. Access to personal transport
18. The ability to commit to a rotating shift pattern
Double Day Shifts: Earlies 06:00-14:15 (M-F) | Lates 14:30-22:45 | 45 min. break | 37.5 hours per week
