These five shared values lead every decision we make and action we take, guiding us to deliver impact how and where it matters most.Connect to your opportunity The role is for a digital advisory leader with experience in the UK real estate and public infrastructure market, and who is comfortable selling and delivering large consulting engagements while managing complex client relationships. You will originate sales and lead dynamic and highly skilled teams to deliver work in: Transforming the digital and data capabilities in real estate organisations with technology-lead operating models and ecosystems to accelerate time to value.Advising on real estate technology and BI platform modernisation, commercial and operating models, solution procurement, and deployment strategies that assure successful management of risk and returns. Enabling clients to better leverage their real estate and supply-chain data by providing data governance, maturity assessment, reporting, standardisation and automation strategies for enhanced business intelligence.Alongside delivering the above offerings, our Directors generate and maintain a pipeline of business in the advisory areas they are responsible for. We are looking for someone who has experience as a trusted advisor in digital transformation of real estate, who builds relationships with clients at executive and senior management levels. This requires excellent communication and the ability to summarise complex situations and business challenges into clear and actionable advice.Examples of projects we would expect you to lead include:Work with a major real estate client to evaluate their existing digital capabilities, assess their ability to leverage these to meet business objectives and support future business growth, and develop a plan to fill capability gaps identified.Provide strategic advice on technology-centred operating model design for a major real estate owners or investors to ensure consistent, accountable structures are in place that maximise value.Define and validate use cases, develop business requirements and operational transition plans for a new real estate process or solution.Provide a large real estate operator with assessment of its real estate solutions and capital projects technology. Supporting IT procurement with independent business case and vendor assessments.Provide project assurance to a large public sector agency to qualify, measure and optimise the value generated from the implementation of new operations platforms or vendor services.Manage the turn-around of underperforming or complex technology transformation activities and investment to enable client to meet cost/time/performance objectives.Many of our engagements involve collaboration across Deloitte teams both in the UK and overseas to deliver multi-disciplinary solutions.We take personal development seriously, offering a comprehensive range of learning and development opportunities within a stretching yet highly supportive environment. Infrastructure and Real EstateOur Infrastructure and Real Estate team supports both public and private sector clients on complex infrastructure, real estate, and capital projects. Typical engagements include urban regeneration, transport, energy and renewables, and occupier advisory to central government and large corporate companies.Personal independence Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm).
