A very successful client of ours based in Bootle are looking for an Administrator to offer support in their HR department. This will be an ongoing temporary position, with the possibility to go perm. Paying up to £11.70 per hour, working 35hrs per week 9am -5pm Monday to Friday. If this role sounds of interest, apply below.
What will you be doing as a HR Administrator?
This role will be working in the HR team supporting with the onboarding and responses coming in from adverts etc. Duties will include:
* Shielding and fielding calls
* Taking calls from prospective applicants applying for jobs
* Getting candidates to email in with information
* Taking calls and taking down accurate message for people to respond
* Dealing with and responding to emails in the inbox
* Helping with sending out new starter packs
* General helping with any other tasks

4. You do not need to have previous HR admin experience; you will need to be a good administrator with a good telephone manner
