Robert Half are delighted to be exclusively partnering with Mypinpad, in supporting with the hire of an HR Advisor to join the team. This is a permanent, fully remote role, although the desired candidate with be based in the South West, with the ability to travel to Cardiff/Bath every 6-8 weeks.

The Role
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR professional, to support the HR Director in the position of HR Advisor. With circa 60 employees globally, as HR Advisor you will offer support and guidance on a range of HR related matters, as a first point of contact. Additionally, you will oversee HR administration, guiding and developing the Group Administrator, and managing an effective and efficient process.
This role will suit someone who is organised and detail focused and demonstrates a strong commercial understanding.
Responsibilities
1. Provide generalist HR support across the business, facilitating effective working relationships with global colleagues
2. Working with the Group Administrator, take ownership of the full Employee Lifecycle, ensuring positive and effective end to end process
3. Employee Relations - develop ER knowledge, support on any ER issues, collaborating with the Head of HR to resolve any issues
4. Development of Policies and Compliance - keeping up to date with any changes in employment legislating, making sure company policy is up to date & compliant
5. Optimising HR reporting and systems, providing insights on key metrics
6. Support and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement
7. Support with Learning and Development, identifying training needs and coordinating development sessions
8. Support with recruitment, working with line management to understand needs, identify relevant talent, and assist with interview process
Person Specification
9. Proven experience in a similar HR role
10. CIPD qualified
11. Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
12. Demonstrable experience of managing HR projects
13. Works in a flexible and adaptable manner
14. Experience working in a remote first role
15. Excellent communication skills, able to build effective working relationships in a remote capacity
