My client, based in Thurmaston, are seeking a HR Assistant to join their growing business on a permanent basis. You will work closely with the Head of HR completing general HR duties along with supporting on different ad. hoc. HR projects.

HR Assistant - The Role:
· Provide comprehensive HR advice and support to managers and employees across the business.
· Assist with career opportunities across the business, recruitment, and arranging pre-screening/assessments/interviews.
· Liaise with hiring managers to organise inductions, produce induction packs, and ensure all necessary documentation is received.
· Check right to work and other documentation applicable to the specific role
· Update and maintain accurate employee and leaver records.
· Update and maintain accurate attendance and probation records.
· Produce HR letters and undertake general administrative tasks such as scanning, running reports and uploading documents onto the HR database.
· Support managers in disciplinary and grievance hearings.
· Supporting the head of HR with ad.hoc HR projects.
HR Assistant - The Candidate
We are looking for a candidate with previous HR experience who has good knowledge of general HR policies and procedures.
You will be a strong communicator, able to multitask effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues.
