Position
An opportunity has arisen for a permanent Senior Manager based at Arran War Memorial Hospital, Isle of Arran.
Hours:
37 per week.
There will be flexibility with opportunities to work remotely, and will you will work 37 hours over 5 days. Part-time or job share opportunities cannot be supported at this time.
What you will do:
You will effectively lead service improvements and transformational change in line with the strategic ambitions of North Ayrshire HSCP’s strategic plan and the outcomes of the Arran review.
As a Senior Manager you will be responsible for the development and delivery of health and social care services on Arran as well as operational management, leadership, governance and development of the health and social care workforce on the island. Working closely with the Clinical Lead for Arran Services you will help drive improvement and innovation to deliver high quality services on Arran.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
You will be educated to Master’s Degree Level or equivalent, or with demonstrable experience of operating successfully in a leadership and management role is essential.

A relocation package is available depending on eligibility and can be discussed on an individual basis.
