Spencer Clarke Group are working in partnership with an excellent secondary school to appoint a RE teacher from January 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

* Teach RE to KS3 and KS4 students
* Deliver inspiring and thought-provoking lessons that encourage critical thinking and respect for diverse beliefs.
* Plan and assess lessons according to the national curriculum, adapting for individual pupil needs.
* Promote a positive classroom environment where pupils feel comfortable discussing complex ideas.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the school's ethos and encourage cross-curricular learning.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Specialism in RE, with strong subject knowledge.
* Previous experience teaching RE in a school setting is preferred.
