Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant at ENM Capital, a family office located in the London Area, United Kingdom; however it may also include occasional travel to Switzerland. The Administrative Secretary will manage a variety of tasks, including document organization, coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality administrative support, maintain confidentiality, and foster efficient communication across personal and professional activities.
Responsibilities
* Document Management: Organize, file, and maintain family and business documents, ensuring secure and easy retrieval.
* Travel Coordination: Plan and manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodation, and transportation.
* Meeting Scheduling: Arrange and coordinate family and business meetings, ensuring all logistics are in place.
* Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, maintaining professionalism and discretion.
* Task Prioritization: Manage competing priorities effectively while ensuring all deadlines are met.
Qualifications
* Strong clerical and administrative assistance skills.
* Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in scheduling and managing calendars.
* Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite and office equipment.
* Prior experience in family office administration or a similar role is a plus.
* Knowledge of the financial or investment industry is beneficial but not required.
