Business Development Manager (Merchant Services) – UK work from home

Mostyn Chase are excited to be collaborating with this specialist payment services provider who are looking for dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager's to join their expanding team.
We are looking for a proactive and self-directed individual with a proven track record in payments and long-term account management. Central to this role is the core focus on new business sales.
Your primary duties will encompass selling payment solutions while fostering strong client connections. You will be entrusted with the vital task of overseeing and nurturing client accounts, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success.
The ideal applicant will have experience with integrated EPOS.
The in-house applications team will manage everything post sale ensuring this is a pure sales role.
Key skills and experiences required:
* Proven experience in merchant services
* Effectively price merchants with Interchange ++ and blended pricing
* Ability to review merchant accounts and create savings proposals
* Knowledge of card types and categorisation for reviews
* Proficient in cold calling and B2B sales
* Self-management and goal-oriented approach
* Produce savings analysis and quotes
* Close deals
* Represent the company at trade events
* Actively service new client leads
* Exhibit passion for the payments industry
* Possess a valid driver's license for travel requirements
* Target revenue generation with emphasis on quality over quantity
