Temporary 3 - 4 Month Contract
Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division are recruiting for our client, a global manufacturing company based in Glenrothes. We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to support on a temporary basis estimated to last 3 to 4 months, potentially longer.
Responsibilities Include
* Process sales orders
* Raise purchase orders
* Liaise with transport partners to book international shipments
* Complete despatch paperwork
* Complete compliance documents
* Quality check data for accuracy
* Provide general administration support within a team environment
Experience Required
* Strong administration experience
* Previous experience of dealing with international orders, shipment, import &/or export would be highly desirable but not essential
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy skills
* Confident IT skills including MS Office, CRM &/or ERP systems
* Able to communicate with internal and external customers
