About the Role
As a Plumber working within the NHS, you will be a key member of our Estates and Facilities team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and infrastructure across our healthcare sites. Your expertise will directly contribute to a safe and functional environment for our patients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance, inspections, and servicing of plumbing systems.
* Diagnose and repair faults in heating, water, drainage, and sanitation systems.
* Install new plumbing systems, including pipework, fixtures, and fittings.
* Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and NHS standards.
* Support emergency response efforts, including repairs to critical systems.
* Maintain accurate documentation and records of work completed.
Liaise effectively with other trades and departments to minimize disruption to services.
