Finlay Jude Associates Ltd (FJA) pride ourselves on hiring and developing the best people to ensure our continued success. Due to our continued growth and success, we are looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our successful and driven team based in Rochdale.
Recruitment Consultant:
10. Be responsible for building a 360-recruitment desk
11. Sourcing candidates via our online platforms to add to our database and promote through live vacancies
12. Interviewing potential candidates and assessing their skills and suitability
13. Supporting candidates through interview process with our customers including interview briefing, feedback and offer management
Account Management :
14. Providing an excellent service, creating, developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients
15. Managing your own CRM profile with candidates and clients
16. Completing training and development tasks through industry leading training packages
Business Development:
17. Following up on leads and marketing campaigns to identify new customers
18. Customer visits to show customers to explain how we can add value to their recruitment process
The Successful Recruitment Consultant:
19. At least three years’ previous experience in a recruitment role
20. Professional and confident telephone manner
21. Sociable and strong communicators; confident in conversing with all levels of candidates and client, and forming strong, lasting, and trusting relationships
22. Positive and enthusiastic with a desire to learn and develop
23. Self-Motivated
24. Taking pride in your work
25. Working as a team
26. Resilient and fun personality
