Proactive Personnel are recruiting for a fire and security company who are looking for an Operations Manager. This role would be ideal for a candidate who has previously managed engineers sucessfully, and has got a strong customer service background.
Key Details: Operations Manager
* You must have experience in fire or security systems within either in installing, maintaining, and fault-finding fire alarms, access control systems, intruder alarms, CCTV and Fire Extinguishers (further training will be available)
* A Full UK Driving License
* The ability to communicate with customers professional face to face and via the telephone
* A can-do attitude ensuring customer service is top priority
* Building strong relationships with all of our clients
* Self-motivated to work alone to the highest standard possible
* Hard working attitude
* Ability to manage own workload with minimal supervision
