Senior HR Administrator
Salary: £24, - £26, p.a.

Role Senior HR Administrator
The Senior HR Administrator will deliver expert first-line HR administrative support across the College, managing personnel records, participating in recruitment processes, addressing employee queries, and ensuring strict adherence to HR policies and procedures.
1. Maintain up-to-date and accurate electronic records.
2. Liaise with staff via email and phone regarding various employment-related matters.
3. Administer the recruitment process, including advertising jobs, liaising with candidates, and recruiting managers, producing recruitment documentation, issuing contracts of employment, and completing pre-employment checks.
4. Maintain electronic process tracking systems to ensure ongoing information accuracy.
5. Administer HR processes with timeliness and accuracy.
6. Identify opportunities for HR function enhancement and actively participate in their implementation.
7. Serve as the initial point of escalation for more complex HR queries.
8. Provide analysis and reports as required.
Skills and Experience Senior HR Administrator
9. Qualified to CIPD Level 3 or above
10. Demonstrated experience in an HR Administrator or similar role, with a focus on advanced administrative functions.
11. Profound knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
12. Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
13. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
14. Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and MS Office Suite.
15. Background checks and an enhanced DBS will be required for the successful applicant.
