A highly regarded Secondary SEMH School in Southampton is seeking a qualified and experienced Teacher to join their team on a temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent position later in the academic year. Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective GCSE English lessons, tailored to meet the needs of students with SEND
* Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate individual learning needs and promote positive outcomes
* Work collaboratively with the school's team to provide a supportive and structured learning environment
* Monitor and assess student progress, ensuring each pupil is supported to achieve their full potential
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (essential)
* Prior experience working with students with special educational needs or SEMH in a teaching or support role
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to the diverse needs of SEND pupils

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
