Position: Internal Recruiter for Domiciliary Care
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing: Utilise a variety of sourcing techniques to identify, attract, and engage potential caregivers and support staff.
2. Interviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and passion for providing domiciliary care.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with department managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interviews, and recruitment processes.
5. Team Building: Contribute to building a compassionate, skilled, and reliable team that aligns with our values.
6. Data Analysis: Utilise data and metrics to assess recruitment performance and make data-driven improvements.
Qualifications:
1. Prior experience in recruiting, preferably in healthcare or domiciliary care.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. A passion for helping others and a deep understanding of the unique demands of domiciliary care.
4. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
6. Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
