Due to continued growth, the position of Planning Engineer has become available to join our successful team based in Heysham, Lancashire.
Costain helps to improve people’s lives by deploying technology-based engineering solutions to meet urgent national needs across the UK’s energy, water, and transportation infrastructures. You will have the opportunity to work on our EDF Project Controls Resource Framework where you will be involved in the exciting challenge of defueling and decommissioning the AGR nuclear power station. This is a first of a kind endeavour in the UK.
This role will be hybrid with a minimum of 3 days on site.

Role Requirements
1. HNC/HND, degree qualified or experience in a cost-related discipline is desirable.
2. Experience / understanding of Earned Value Analysis and Primavera P6.
3. Experience in building cost and resource loaded plans and working across the project lifecycle.
4. Must be eligible for CTC level Security Clearance (3 years residency in the UK).
