Day to Day Responsibilities for this position are:
* You will be responsible for overseeing the Recruitment, Onboarding, Engagement and Human Resources services.
* You will be responsible for ensuring that my clients departments are always fully resourced and has industry beating levels of engagement.
* You will be responsible for leading and motivating your three direct line supports in the People Team
Essential Requirements:
* Two years of People Management experience(managing at least two people)
* Significant experience of recruiting large numbers of team members
* Experience of ensuring a large workforce is really engaged
* Good computer literacy, including spreadsheets and word documents
* Undergraduate degree
