An independent Financial Planning and Wealth Advisory firm in Leamington Spa has an opportunity for an IFA / Financial Planning Administrator to work on a hybrid basis.
This role will provide back office and client support for a director chartered financial planner. who advises clients on investment, estate and retirement planning for private clients and business owners.
The main duties of this role include;
1. Support Chartered Financial Planner with client support and administration
2. Offer preparation support for client meeting prep, client enquiries, fund switches, Valuations and new business
3. Update systems and client records
4. Deal with providers and 3rd parties
Candidate requirements;
5. The ideal candidate will have a background supporting Financial Planners with back office duties.
6. The ability to work independently, be organised and prioritise workloads
7. Industry qualifications are desirable but not essential
Development available if you wish to progress within the industry or complete industry related qualifications.
