Our client is a blue-chip healthcare organisation specialising in Pharmaceutical and Nutrition brands and they’re seeking a Marketing Director to join their rapidly expanding team! As part of this role, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and control of the marketing functions of the Pharma and Nutrition Business Streams in the UK and Ireland.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days working at their head office in the North West!

Ideal Requirements for a Marketing Director
* Minimum 5 years' proven experience in a senior marketing role within the pharmaceutical industry.
* Experience within the Nutrition market is preferred, but not essential.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a management role with budget responsibility.
* Proven experience of working with a Board of Directors
Role Responsibilities for a Marketing Director
* Overall responsibility of the marketing team for the country specific marketing strategy, plans, projects and campaigns for products and services in line with the company’s product strategy.
* Monitor and report on competitor activity in our core and related markets and ensure the company is best positioned to maximise its competitive advantage
* Increase public and internal awareness of the organisation by setting and managing the social media/digital communication strategy to build awareness, engagement and community
