Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Tudor team here in Walsall.
Duties will include:
1. Using various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to attract potential candidates
2. Reviewing CV’s, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and assessing candidate suitability for specific roles
3. Assisting in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and preferences
4. Writing and posting job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms
5. Maintaining and updating the recruitment database with candidate and client information
6. Conducting research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and potential business opportunities
7. Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, preparing documentation, and maintaining records
8. Business development and sales would play a large part of this role
The ideal candidate:
9. Commercial division knowledge would be advantageous
10. Good use of all Microsoft Packages including Excel
11. Highly motivated, ambitious, and goal oriented
12. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and industry trends
13. Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques
14. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients

Hours of Work: 8am – 5pm / 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
