ABOUT THE JOB
1. Shape and deliver accommodation strategy to ensure TUI products are loved by customers and commercially viable across all TUI Markets
2. Responsible for the seasonal planning activity which includes understanding source market requirements, reviewing commercial performance and volume forecasting to develop product plans
3. Responsible for the product plans and briefing it to all TUI markets to gain buy-in
4. Create a solid bed brief to Group Purchasing and Dynamic/Acco Only and supporting them as main contact for Markets Product for the bed brief delivery
5. Create commitment/risk proposals and track commitment/ risk plans to ensure successful outcomes and mitigation of shortfalls
6. Monitor portfolio performance to track commercial and quality metrics and taking corrective actions as needed
7. Manage destination trading, adjust forecasts and amend the product plan when necessary
8. Collaborate with Group Purchasing and Local Market Commercial teams to deliver a profitable product plan
9. Participate in projects within the Markets Product Management team and take over Key Account Role for Hotel Chains in your area

10. A Team player who can build strong cross-team relationships to find solutions and deliver optimal performance
11. Excellent communicator, fluent English (written and spoken) is a must have
12. Intercultural experience to work effectively in diverse cross-market teams.
13. Highly organized and adaptable to thrive in a fast-changing international environment
14. Collaborate within multi-national matrix teams with a positive “can-do attitude”
15. Ability to embrace change and adapt is key
16. Strong combination of own Initiative and teamwork
17. Drive process improvements to proactively enhance the way we work
18. Strong commercial acumen, with ability to balance customer needs with commercial viability
19. Customer-focused mindset who understands both internal and external customer requirements
20. Display strong knowledge of the destination and understanding of its product and resort characteristics
21. International travel is required
