Description
The Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for:
* Manually matching, batching, and coding high volumes of purchase invoices
* Reconcile supplier statements
* Preparing and processing payment runs
* Answer supplier queries and resolve invoice discrepancies
* Maintain the purchase ledger database
* Managing the cashbook
* Assisting in month-end reporting and analysis
* Processing expenses
* Adhering to company's financial policies and procedures
* Working closely with the wider Accounting & Finance team
* Supporting in other ad-hoc duties as required
