We are shaping the future of mobile infrastructure with safety at the forefront. We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Health & Safety – New Business & Programme Risk Manager to drive safety excellence and innovation across our operations.
Responsibilities of the Health & Safety – New Business & Programme Risk, include:
* Lead and advise on emerging and existing Health & Safety risks tied to new business, estates, suppliers, and programme delivery.
* Collaborate with Commercial teams to identify risks and opportunities in business impact assessments for current and prospective projects.
* Champion a forward-thinking safety culture that inspires growth and accountability.
* Represent Cornerstone in industry forums, influencing best practices and policy development.
* Support supplier governance and procurement teams in managing Health & Safety risks and performance.
* Guide project delivery and operations teams in navigating evolving risks.
* Implement and maintain a strong Construction Design Management (CDM) framework.
* Conduct supplier audits, generate insightful management reports, and ensure robust compliance standards.

The successful Health & Safety – New Business & Programme Risk, will have:
* Expertise in regulatory compliance and mobile infrastructure.
* Proficiency in enterprise risk management, ISO45001 audits, and CDM frameworks.
* Preferably, experience delivering telecoms Cellular Network Infrastructure projects.
* Essential: NEBOSH Certificate (construction or general), IOSH membership, and relevant construction safety experience.
* Desirable: Level 5/6 OHS diploma and Risk Management qualifications (or commitment to achieving within 12 months).
