Customer Service Manager / Full time / Permanent / £43,000 - £47,000My client, a leading financial services organisation, are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join them on a full time permanent basis. As a Customer Service Manager in this role you will be responsible for managing a large team who provide administration support for customers. You should be confident in communicating and have previous experience in managing a team.Role and Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain service levels in the department
* Manage, train and develop your team and team leaders
* Confidently identify training and development needs for individuals in the department
* Ensure quality levels are met
* Review and improve processes where necessary and update the team accordingly
* Manage complaints
* Ensure calls are monitored and reviewed regularly
* Work to regulatory standards and ensure compliance levels are maintained
* Monthly reporting on the department and its performance
* Set targets in the department and ensure they are met
Essential Skills:
1. A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role
2. Financial services experience would be preferred
3. Experienced in managing a team and conducting appraisals/ employee development
4. Strong communicator with great interpersonal skills
