Key responsibilities include menu planning and execution, employee management, inventory and cost control, customer relations, health and safety compliance, budget and financial management, menu development and innovation, and compliance and documentation. We are looking for a proven experience at a similar size location within the contract catering market, recent background as a Chef Manager, excellent creative culinary skills, leadership and team management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal relations skills, proficiency in food cost management, knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations, ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment, and works according to the BaxterStorey core values.
