As the Operations & Customer Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Operations team across various functions, including data management, product launches, and customer service. You will ensure that all processes align with team KPIs and the business critical path.
Responsibilities for a Operations & Customer Service Administrator (but not limited to)
1. Data & Imagery Management: Collaborate with the team to receive, approve, and process product data and imagery promptly, ensuring smooth stock flow.
2. Shipping Support: Assist with issuing shipping labels and booking deliveries for brands.
3. Product Launch Checks: Conduct weekly checks to ensure timely and accurate product launches.
