Passion for Cooking and Crafting: If you love to cook and get crafty, you’ll fit right in. The gentleman you’ll support enjoys getting involved in meal planning and cooking, and your skills will help make each day enjoyable.
Strong Communication Skills: He values sitting down with his support workers to discuss the day's plans. Your ability to engage in friendly, positive conversations is essential.
Creativity and Enthusiasm: Bring your creativity into the role, whether it’s coming up with new activities or simply making each day a bit brighter.
Reliability and Compassion: Being a consistent and caring presence in his life is crucial.
