* Mustinform lead client of the incident and conclusion has it beenactioned/what s the nextsteps
* Managethe work of maintenance cleaning and grounds contractors ensuringthat the standard of work is completed with any actions recordedand or reported to leadclient
* Beresponsible for the management and operation of site securitysystems including fire alarm systems intruder alarmsystems
* Toperform temporary and minor repairs around the school and otherclient locations if necessary and to take the lead on andcontribute to scheduledworks.
* Toliaise and maintain relationships with suppliers contractors andhirers of the school and deal with any problems as theyarise
* Reportregularly to the clients representatives on the future resourcerequirements about the general maintenance of the site and fabricof the school and communityestates.
* Abilityto liaise and plan with the client(s) upcoming events and supportproviding flexible working relationships individually and as partof ateam.
* Workingappropriately with technology and or process to manage and recordyour daytodayactivity.
* Provideand complete compliance and appropriate documentation for the saferunning of thesite.
* Actas a designated key holder providing emergency access to theschool.
* Undertakegeneral portage duties including moving furniture and equipmentwithin school and other clientlocations.
* Carryout all duties with due regard to confidentiality and dataprotectionregulations.
* Youwill adhere to the school s safeguarding policy which safeguardsand promotes the welfare ofchildren.
* Toprovide support and ensure the cleaning and Service Specificationsare delivered to the required standard for theclient(s)
* Toensure essential weekly documents are completed on sites.
* To ensureadequate delivery of Health and Safety and compliance ensuring allpolicies and procedures are aligned with JFM1871 QHSE Team and theClient(s); ensuring all risks are mitigated efficiently andeffectively
* Todeal with any customer complaints or concerns within a timely andefficient manner in relation to yourrole
* Ensureequipment and storage areas are kept clean tidy and in good workingcondition and report machinery faults and replacements relating toyourrole
