Summary
As Leasing Administrator you would be based in LE7 which is a straight road from Market Harborough and due to location you would need to have your own transport and you would have plenty of parking, as the Sales Support Administrator you will facilitate the smooth transition of customers from the sales team to the final delivery of their leased vehicles. You will manage the process from order placement to delivery and ensure all necessary post-delivery paperwork is completed, guaranteeing efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities as Customer Service Advisor
Order & Delivery Management:
* Review and verify sales orders before placing with suppliers.
* Maintain customer communication throughout the finance process.
* Coordinate vehicle delivery after completion of finance documents.
* Ensure all post-delivery paperwork is submitted for timely payments.
Administrative Tasks:
1. Handle PCN notices, communicating fees to customers.
2. Manage end-of-contract collections and part exchanges.
