An international insurance organisation with offices in Surrey is actively recruiting apliance Manager to join their expanding team.
The role requires you to be in the office twice-weekly. Offering a salary of £55,000 based on experience, hybrid working, pension contribution and more below!
Your new role
As apliance Manager, you will ensure that the insurance organisation's staff, operations, and business transactions follow all relevant legal and internal rules, includingpliance with Data Protection Regulations.
Additional responsibilities:
1. Maintain and improve and continually improve an effectivepliance Risk Management Framework
2. Evaluate business activities to assesspliance Risk
3. Educate and train employees on regulatory and industry practices
4. Ensure that regulatory andpliance risks are identified, managed, mitigated and reported on, and the Board are made aware of such risks.
What you'll need to succeed
5. Strong FCA Handbook knowledge
6. Insurance background
7. Knowledge of legal requirements and controls ( Anti-Money Laundering, GDPR)
8. Able tomunicate clearly and concisely at all levels
9. Problem-solving skills to find pragmatic solutions
