Their Insights platform supports businesses across the UK to make better decisions when bidding for contracts within the public sector. Alongside their Insights platform our client offers a range of services to businesses to support them with the procurement process.
About the Customers Success Manager role
As Customer Success Manager you will have the following responsibilities.
* You will be working with a specific set of clients, ensuring they are getting the most out of the insights platform.
* Develop strong working relationships with customers.
* Running onboarding sessions for new customers, proactively working with current customers running recap sessions.
* Renewing and upgrading existing customers.
* Providing feedback from clients to the product team, identifying where the platform can be evolved.
* Work closely with other departments to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved.
* Consistently achieve targets set by the department.
* Manage all activities through the CRM system.
What are they looking for?
* An individual who has experience within a customer success role, this could be a CSE or CSM role.
* An individual who enjoys working closely with customers to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Experience presenting and demonstrating a software platform.
* Excellent communicator, someone who is comfortable meeting customers online and face to face.
* Team player, someone who will actively look to build strong relationships with other departments. Supporting the business to achieve its goals.
