Our client, a large company within the Energy Sector, are looking to hire two Sales & Finance Administrators to help in their busy office in Birkenhead. This role requires dynamic, confident, and motivated individuals who has previous experience within the energy sector.
Responsibilities:
1. Verifying sales contracts for accuracy and cross-referencing details with the in-house CRM system.
2. Handling and following up on information and pricing requests.
3. Validating invoices through our custom online portal.
4. Overseeing the submission of sales contracts.
5. Producing monthly business reports.
6. Providing daily updates on industry and supplier changes as required.
7. Offering general after-sales support.
8. Answering and appropriately handling inbound telephone calls.
9. Preparing and managing monthly forecasts.
10. Managing company payments and purchases.
11. Seeking ways to improve the company's financial controls.
Requirements:
12. Prior experience in commercial energy administration and finance in a busy sales office.
13. Proficiency in Word and Excel.
14. Excellent organisational skills.
15. Outstanding telephone communication skills.
16. Strong teamwork abilities.
17. Capability to work under pressure.
18. Ability to prioritise tasks independently.
19. Customer service-oriented mind-set.
