Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support to customers and sales teams via phone, email, and in-person visits
* Resolve technical issues and provide product information to customers and stakeholders
* Train end-users on the correct installation, operation, and maintenance of our products
* Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
Estimated Salary: 37500 - 50000 pounds per annum, depending on experience.
