My client, a London-based facilities management business, is seeking a new Head of People to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role will play a pivotal role in the expansion of the directorate, partnering closely with the Managing Director to cultivate a transparent, high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead culture change initiatives and oversee all people aspects of new business deals.
2. Monitor key metrics and generate regular reports to share insights with senior leadership.
3. Foster an environment of high performance, trust, and openness by establishing strong relationships with the Senior Leadership Team.
4. Oversee escalated HR cases and cyclical activities, providing expert counsel and guidance.
5. Promote continuous improvement and adaptability, encouraging employees to embrace change as an opportunity for growth and development.
About You
I am looking for experienced HR leaders with a strong track record in managing and driving HR strategy in a fast-paced, complex environment. You should have a commercial and pragmatic approach to HR solutions and the ability to provide accurate and timely people insights.

1. Direct experience in the justice or immigration industries.
