Supporting staff within the sales team, this administrative role requires a highly proactive and organised individual to deal with:
1. Purchase orders
2. Invoicing
3. Supplier negotiations
4. Tendering
5. Quotations & pricing
6. General office/administrative tasks
Communicating with people of all levels both internally and externally, your interpersonal skills must be second to none. An excellent telephone manner and exemplary written skills, along with proficient IT skills, are key. You must be assertive with an eye for detail and a high level of focus.
