Salary:
* Non-technical £26,312 perannum
* Single fuel - £34,440 per annum forfull time roles (plus London weighting whereapplicable*)

Candidates joining on a non-technical and singlefuel basis, may have the opportunity to be upskilled by the companyto achieve dual fuel level qualifications. Salaries stated aboveare applicable during the initial training period and once fullyqualified to dual fuel level, will rise to £39,975 as statedbelow.

A bit about therole…
The role of the Revenue ProtectionOfficer is to investigate, detect and deter instances of Theft ofGas and Abstraction of Electricity by Residential or Businesscustomers; You will beresponsible for making the installation safe and working with therelevant supplier to agree what further action is to betaken. You will be required tocollect evidence and provide all required information to the clientto enable any further actions to be taken.
Additionally, a Revenue Protection Officermay also include debt recovery work, ranging from initial visits toresolve the account to executing rights of entry Warrants andcarrying out the metering work to either install a SMART Paygometer or to de-energise/disconnect thesupply.

* Ideally have previousexperience within a Revenue Protection officer role, but notessential.
* Strong customer service experience, with anability to remain calm in challengingsituations.
* Previous experience in conflict management isessential.
* Have experience of operating mobile IThardware.
* A positive, can-doattitude.
* Great interpersonal skills that empower customerrelations as well as driving best practice and proactive change forthe better.
* Team spirit to assist colleagues and promote thecompany brand .
* Hold current CCN1/CMA1 & MET1 qualificationor an equivalent aligned qualification (within 6 months of expiry).This is desirable to the role, but additional training to obtainCCN1 / CMA1 will be provided.
* Hold a current full UK driving license with nomore than 6 penalty points.
