The Sales Manager Candidate Are you a results-focused leader with a passion for sales and team coaching? We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth in our Fuel Maintenance Services Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to inspire a team of Sales Representatives. You’ll be responsible for coaching them on effective sales strategies and fostering a culture of achievement. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the Services Sales team, implementing effective sales strategies and promoting a culture of success. Motivate and mentor Sales Representatives to achieve high performance. Prepare regular sales performance reports for senior management, with insights and improvement recommendations. Recruit, train, and coach new team members to advance their skills and product knowledge. Oversee the CRM system to track sales metrics, manage performance, and optimise sales processes. Manage individual, team, and divisional sales targets. Requirements 2 years of experience in outbound sales, direct sales, or sales management (experienced senior sales reps aiming for progression are also encouraged to apply). Proven ability to meet targets and inspire team performance. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage team productivity, budgets, and workload effectively.
