We are expanding our AutoStore team and now seeking an additional Sales Manager to sell AustoStore solution in the UK. You are a passionate sales manager with a background in automated storage, intralogistics or warehouse handling equipment. You will be responsible for developing the pipeline of sales for our AutoStore solutions and have the commercial skills and experience to grow a business from start-up to established success.
Your tasks
In this role you will be responsible for:
1. Identification and development of opportunities for AutoStore projects
2. Sales of AutoStore solutions, including leading the sales phase from acquisition until contract, including sales project development, design, simulation, layout, budget/fix, offer, contract negotiation and closing the deal
3. Creation of optimal solutions that deliver customer benefit and value for Kardex
4. Foster and maintain strong relationships both with customers and internal stakeholders
To be successful you will have:
5. Experienced individual with demonstrable knowledge and success of managing complex solution sales, ideally within automated intralogistics solutions
6. Enthusiastic, outgoing personality, excellent communication and presentation skills.
7. Collaborative nature - ability to establish effective working relationships and leas sales projects across functions and borders
8. Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, ability to work in start-up environment, self-driven, result oriented with positive outlook to success
9. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM
10. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or technical engineering preferred
11. Frequent travel and overnight stays including international
