Duration- 12 months
Responsibilities:
1. Offering customer support to stakeholders, both internal and external
2. Acting as a focal point for operational matters relating to customers
3. Creating sales order and processing promptly and accurately
4. Providing quotations to customers in a timely manner
5. Managing the input of orders and ensuring availability of product
6. Signposting stakeholders in the right direction for queries you are unable to resolve
