Job Description
1. We would like you to bring your skill and passion for retail to constantly evolve how we deliver for our customer.
2. Working with the team you will create a culture of managing risk by being commercially astute, whilst creating a welcoming safe, secure shopping and working environment, providing a presence to protect and to minimize stock loss in store.
3. As part of the store team, you will be required to be a point of contact for customers and visitors, by welcoming and advising them in the store, whilst remaining vigilant and aware to any potential risks. Completing tasks to support the Store Manager in enhancing the stock loss culture in store, such as training of the store team, reviewing targeted data, completing risk assessments, taking ownership of the front of house standards, disciplines and building effective working relationships with external agencies such as the Gardai/police and other security personnel.
4. You will be identifying and communicating risks, completing safety and security checks, reporting information, and acting also as a deterrent on the shop floor to any external threats.
5. You will ensure Company policies and standards around the store are always adhered to.
Qualifications
6. Previous experience working in a retail environment.
7. Committed to working as part of the store team
8. Self-motivated and always ready to use your initiative
9. A confident communicator who can build great relationships with store teams, visitors, and customers
