VANRATH are delighted to be assisting our client, a large Public Sector Organisation with the recruitment of a Personal Assistant to join their team based in Lisburn.
This is a Full-Time Monday - Friday position. 37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday 9 - 5.
Salary: £25,147 per annum, plus benefits.
Responsibilities:
* Draft letters, manage emails, and maintain records.
* Organise diaries and ensure readiness for meetings.
* Prepare documents and reports using Microsoft Office.
* Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders.
* Organise meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions.
* Supervise and delegate work to junior staff.
* Manage office systems, filing, and supplies.
* Arrange travel, accommodation, and verify invoices.
* Provide hospitality for visitors and events.
Essential Criteria
* 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Math.
* 2+ years of administrative/secretarial experience, including Microsoft Office.
* Full UK driving license (or equivalent transportation if unable to drive).
Desirable Skills
* Word/Text Processing certification.
* Ability to take minutes, delegate tasks, and use initiative.
