Primary School Sport & Football Coach
Surrey/Hampshire Region (Covering Farnham, Aldershot, Farnborough & Camberley)
Up to £25k (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Full-Time Monday to Friday role with occasional evening work delivering Football Development sessions
Must hold a UK driving licence
We are recruiting for a leading multi-sports training and coaching company with a passion for ensuring children enjoy PE and playing sport. They operate across Hampshire and Surrey delivering PE & School Sport, After-School Sport and Wraparound sessions, Holiday Camps, and evening Football Development sessions.
They are looking for an experienced Sports Coach with a passion for leading sports-based sessions to join their team. You will be responsible for delivering a variety of sessions across different schools throughout the week and will be given a platform to not only deliver your classes, but also an opportunity to learn and develop new skills, including marketing, customer service, business development, and management.
The role also involves responsibility for supporting the coaching and management of a local 6th form football programme two afternoons per week and experience and qualifications in football coaching would be hugely advantageous, although not essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Plan, lead, deliver, and review all sessions in line with company standards
- Provide excellent customer service to parents, children and other stakeholders
- Assist with the operational management of the venues, including managing bookings and registers
- Ensure all children receive a high quality and fun sporting experience
- Support the recruitment, training, and management of part-time Sports Coaches
- Support Senior Management with the growth and development of the organisation through external stakeholder engagement
To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have:
- At least 2 years experience working in a similar role
- Passion about sport and physical activity and developing others
- Excellent time management and punctuality
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Hold a full driving license and have access to own transport
