The Recruitment Co are currently recruiting a Permanent Call Handler for their client based in Dundee.
Location: Dundee – due to location, own transport is essential. (Once fully trained you will have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis)
Salary: £25,000 Per Annum
Shifts: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:
1. Diary management for approximately 20-30 field-based engineers.
2. Provide customer quotations and pricing for work carried outside of normal SLA agreements outside of normal hours
3. Handling internal/external customer service calls
4. Updating customer databases
5. Completion of daily/weekly and monthly reports
6. Carrying out admin tasks as required liaising with internal departments
7. Dealing with customer complaints
Skills & Abilities Required (Essential):
8. Previous experience in a customer service role
9. Excellent communication skills
10. Good organisational & time management skills
11. Proven ability to multitask
12. Successful working as part of a team
13. Good understanding of Microsoft packages i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word.
14. Flexible working when required
Skills & Abilities Required (Desirable):
15. Good understanding of IT and software packages
