The role
In this role you will be a key member of the Reframe Programme team and exposed to a wide range of functions and stakeholders.
Day-to-day, you’ll be working within the Reframe Programme Team to coordinate communication and engagement activities to support Reframe transition process, as we transform our support to the British Army.
1. Managing the implementation of communication events on the communication calendar
2. Coordinating and organising internal briefings, and other communication and engagement activities across the business
3. Creating and distributing internal and external communications materials
4. Identification and recommendation of opportunities for enhanced communication
5. Managing social media presence and creating content for various platforms
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 days in the onsite and 3 days working from home.
Essential experience of the Communication and Engagement Coordinator
6. Experience in internal communications
7. Coordinated communication and engagement activities to engage with stakeholders
8. Proven event planning and organisational skills
9. Experience in marketing communications and working with the media
10. Experience and insight into the key drivers of internal
