Service Coordinator
£35,000 per annum

We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our growing client based in Stokesley on a permanent basis.
We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, self-motivated, and organised individual with a genuine passion for providing OUTSTANDING customer service.
Responsibilities:
1. Plan and schedule engineer work in an organised manner but with the ability to adjust priorities to accommodate last minute changes to scheduled work.
2. Coordinate service work, time-limited project work alongside engineers and managing stock.
3. Prioritise customer service, experience, and engagement at all times.
4. Ensure strict deadlines are met.
5. Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers.
6. Track open projects, ensuring proper management and adherence to manufacturing timescales.
7. Manage engineer stock effectively and proactively.
8. Process paperwork including engineer job sheets effectively and to a high, accurate standard at all times.
Qualities:
1. Exceptional communication skills; liaising with a wide range of customers and colleagues.
2. Excellent IT skills including experience with processing key information and maintaining databases to an incredibly high standard.
3. Ability to build positive and strong working relationships with a varied range of customers and colleagues.
4. A high level of self-motivation.
5. Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
6. Strong workload management skills.
7. Demonstrate excellent initiative and good judgement in a busy environment.
8. Ability to work in a methodical manner which maximises efficiency at all times.
9. A warm, professional, efficient, and friendly manner with all staff, suppliers, colleagues, and customers via all communication platforms including phone and email.
10. A team player who is keen to support colleagues.
Qualifications/Experience:
1. Proven experience in a service, coordination, or management role (ideally 3 years of experience).
2. Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and successfully managing a busy workload.
3. Experience of managing multiple services or projects at one time, successfully balancing changing priorities.
4. Experience of scheduling engineers would be an advantage but not essential.
