Brook Street is excited to partner with our client in Ballymena to recruit an experienced Telephony Operator.

Key Responsibilities
1. Answer incoming telephone calls and provide expert advice, ensuring a positive experience for all callers.
2. Accurately input data, maintain comprehensive records, and generate reports to support operational efficiency.
3. Collaborate various departments, facilitating smooth communication and service delivery.
4. Provide timely updates and essential information to Housing Officers to assist in their roles.
Essential Requirements
5. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a strong focus on interpersonal skills.
6. A proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
7. Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively while maintaining composure under pressure.
8. Strong skills in data entry and record-keeping.
9. Willingness to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Educational Background:
10. A minimum of 5 GCSEs graded A-C is required.
11. Background Check: An AccessNI check will be necessary for this role.
Working Conditions
12. Hours: 0800 - 1700, with variable shifts scheduled from Monday to Sunday. Times of work may change, must be fully flexible
13. An hourly rate of £11.59, paid weekly.
14. Fully office based.
